So, how much money do you think we'd have to bribe RTD with for him to bring the Timelords back?

It would be interesting if some Time Lords had managed to escape Gallifrey destruction moving to e-space or anyway to another dimension where they're marooned because they fried most of their equipment while they were escaping Daleks blasts and in an episode the Doctor discovers their traces and has to try and rescue them.

Even if they did come back what are they going to look like cause in the five doctors they where kinda stupid looking.

The reason why the Timelords looked silly in 'The Five Doctors' is due to an unnerving universal constant called 'budgetary contraints', a constant that must be obeyed always, unfortunately.

I wasn't saying I didn't like them. I think their outfits made them look a bit more...pompous, which they were. So, I think the Timelords' outfits suited them.

Perhaps the Time Lords didn't die? Perhaps, knowing their fate, they slipped into another universe or reality and co-habited there? Just a theory that I think is worth considering. Sounds like you are trying to think of an excuse to tell yourself they are not dead. I will only accept that the Time Lords are dead if the Doctor can give a resonable answer as to why they can't just go back in time to before the destruction of Gallifrey. Gallifrey never really existed in time. At least that was the take on it that I always got from the series and the few books I've read. Especially in the 5 Doctors, it kind of seems Gallifrey existed in its own pocket of space time. Thus once Gallifrey is gone, it is gone in ALL TIME. No matter what time period the Doctor might visit as of now there is no Gallifrey, even if there was before it was destroyed. That is why the Gelf mentioned the Time war as far back as the 1800's and the Jade knew about it as far forward as the end of the Earth. Just my observations. -Ray

It would be nice if the secret the Face of Boe had to share was the survival of the Time Lords, but if it isn't I'd like to see them come back another way, e.g. trapped in E-Space at the end of the Time War perhaps? That's what I'm hoping happened. Or something similar. If not, then have the Doctor find out he wasn't the only survivor. There are 3 episodes (one I have yet to see) where there are surviving Daleks. ("Dalek", "Bad Wolf/Parting of the Ways", and "Army of Ghosts/Doomsday") The fact that so many bad guys survived and only one good guy is soooo wrong! This is off the subject, but can anyone tell me how to add a picture?
