All these "maybe"s! How about a "perhaps" this time: Perhaps we might find out in a 10 th Doctor novel the details of how number 8 kicked it? Or... Perhaps Russell T. Davies and co. don't know themselves? I'm willing to bet on the latter here. Edit: "hear"?!?! "here" more like!

Perhaps we will never know???
Perhaps we are ment to think of it all by ourselfs, perhaps they will make it all we can do at the moment is wait and see.

Perhaps we are ment to think of it all by ourselfs, perhaps they will make it all we can do at the moment is wait and see. Ok, tired of the "perhapses" already, let's go onto a "probably" shall we? Referring to previous post: I think that's probably the case too, to a certain degree of course. But some things are best left a mystery in my opinion.

I think that the tV show missed a trick with McGann. Never mind the fact of nopt showing the regen for fear of the new audience not understanding, they should have had the brilliant Mr McGann back to reprise the role he had so little time in. Regenerations don't grow on trees you know! After Tennant goes, which he surely will sooner rather than later (typecasting twaddle) we only have two (or three) incarnations left.

As far as I see it, we have 4 incarnations left. This is if he has 13 regenerations- but it may have been 13 incarnations, I can't remember now...

It's 13 incarnations, with 12 regenerations.

Darn, thought there would be 14 doctors for a minute there.

He has 3 left now, unless they somehow change it from 13.

You think the show will end because they run out of incarnations? Dear, sweet, innocent child.

Supposedly the the Time Lords were all given extra lives because of the Time War so who knows? I still say one could argue the Eighth Doctor never died and is still out there fighting the good fight. But then there is the modern series with it's 3 that contradict this rather, on a personal note, blissful thought.

It's funny reading these posts nowadays, since we have seen the 8th Doctor regenerate into the War Doctor who regenerates into the 9th Doctor. Thanks, BBC!
