What would I like to see in the new series of Doctor Who? Well that's easy!
1.) The return of the Time Lords, I just don't feel safe without them.
2.) The return of Davros (not before the Time Lords).
and...
3.) The mention of the word 'Skaro'.
Hmm, anything else I wonder?

Has 'Gallifrey' been mentioned in the New Series yet?

'Doomsday' (Story Code 2M) by Russell T Davies Part 2 of 2. The Daleks return for an all-out war with the Cybermen - but who is really behind the conflict..? David Tennant (The Doctor), Billie Piper (Rose Tyler), Noel Clarke (Mickey Smith), Camille Coduri (Jackie Tyler), Roger Lloyd-Pack (John Lumic), Tracy Ann Oberman (Yvonne Hartman), Adam Shaw (Morris), Freema Agyeman (Adeola), REST OF CAST TBA Directed by Graeme Harper Produced by Phil Collinson Executive Producers Russell T. Davies and Julie Gardner A BBC Wales production TX: 8th July 2006 @ 7.00 pm Notes: *Featuring the Tenth Doctor, Rose, Mickey and Jackie All information from www.clivebanks.co.uk's databank on Doctor Who. Have also heard Dalek rumour on Outpost Gallifrey and numerous other Dr.Who sites. Hmm, I'm not too sure about that. After all they are only rumours and I don't think the cast or production team would be too keen on revealing what happens in the final story. So, it could be true or not, we'll have to wait and see won't we?

Myself, I'd love to see a Two Doctors with Eccleston and Tennant! That would be fantastic! If they could wangle Paul McGann as well, I could die happy.

I've got a story idea, 'The Four Doctors' featuring messrs Tennant, Ecclestone, McGann and Tom Baker (or any other past Doctor, preferences may vary from person to person).

Sorry johnlumicdavros but Tom wouldn't come back for a special as he's left the program behind and looks like an aging granny. Davison wants to come back for a story and Sylvester might do it too.

Left the program behind? It's never too late to go back! Unless he dies of course. Looks like an aging granny? Maybe so but more than likely there'd be a back story to how that happened (if he does another one). Look at Patrick Troughton in 'The Two Doctors'. However if he doesn't Davison or McCoy would be good as well.

Patrick Traughton didn't look much different in 'The Two Doctors', compared to his previous 3 year run. He had grey hair, that was the only difference.
As much as I would love to see it, I don't like the idea of Davison, T & C Baker or McCoy making an appearance in the new series. Mostly because they look so different from when the played the role. I would love to see McGann, Eccleston and Tennant fight it out together!

Davison doesn't look too different. But the Bakers really have suffered the advance of years.

There is also another thing I'd like to see in the new series:
1st) 6 stories per season. Five 2-parters and one 3-parter. 2nd) Each episode being referred to as something or another part one, two or three. I don't like individual episode titles you see.
and finally) The Doctor's face in the title sequence.

Oh God I can`t remember where, I think it was a newspaper cause I can`t find the source online, but I think we could be seeing the return of the sea devils, Silurians or Sontarans. It was one or all of the three.

It was one or all of the three. Most probably the Sontarans I suspect. For me, I'd actually quite like to see the return of the Ice Warriors in the new series. Somehow I could never quite warm to the Sontarans, I don't know why. edit:: Whoa! THIS topic's BURNING HOT! FIVE PAGES!

I'd like to see more about the Time Lords and the Time War. We haven't really learned much about what happened. I also agree about the Ice Warriors.
