I went for Jon Pertwee he may not have been the longest doctor but some of his episodes were true classics.

In my openion, the best Doctors're Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, Sylvester McCoy and Peter Cushing.

Paul McGann, as it was his TV Movie (and what came later in the form of novels, comic strips & audios) that got me back into the series after years of being away due to the classic series having ended.
I also like Tom Baker, Peter Davison, Sylvester McCoy and Matt Smith (if your counting all of them) and yes I have a soft spot for Peter Cushing as well, his 2nd film was fantastic.
