Yes, I have to agree. It's probably not as bad as its reputation suggests, but it's without doubt the weakest of a very strong first season.

I think they needed more of a plot with the Sensorites.

I agree. I really didn't like the sensorites it was just so boring.

I'm going to have to change my vote. I've recently gone back and decided to watch every episode starting way back here (haven't see all the 1st and 2nd Doctor stories) and making my way up to the current series again.
I throughly enjoyed the Sensorites but found Reign of Terror until atrocious and dull. I wasn't overly keen on An Unearthly Child either, but ROT gets my vote for worst.
