This is a short story that ties in with The Waters of Mars and published on that episode 11th anniversary on November 15 2020.
It also ties in to the Time Lord Victorious event and The Waters of Mars is when the Doctor utter those very words and became the inspiration for said event.
Interesting the account the TARDIS gives here, the Doctors she had travelled with, witnessing what 10 is becoming and seeing Adelaide's suicide.
In all this the TARDIS says that she always gives what the Doctor needs.
