I'm sorry, but I have a stupid question. So, I'm french, and I dont understand why Rose wants the Queen Victoria says "I'm not amused"? Is it funny? Scuse me for mistakes I could have done...

The phrase is something of a catch phrase and is rumored to have been first used by Queen Victoria, with whom it is most associated (the 'we' is believed to be a reference to the royalty of the country.) Most media representations of her often use the phrase, particularly in comedy/ satire, it's become something of a stereotype I suppose. Hope that helps
