Don't worry, by 2023 they'll have enough technology to create PDA/MA style programmes bringing back all your old faves with a CGI update, there'll be dozens of spin off series in every medium you can think of and you'll be downloading 13th Doctor stories straight from the BBC (or whoever) with your own face and voice or those of your favourite actor/best mate. This is one series that will outlive us all. Somehow, I'm hoping that does not happen, for some reason. I'm under the impression that this ISN'T going to happen. Is this your guess, or has someone stated somewhere that this will happen? Even so, people have been wrong before. The government said that by 2006 every TV and TV Channel would be HD. Did that happen? No.

I have an opinion, I don't have to explain it though.

Well, obviously it isn't really going to happen. I was just speculating about the future of the entertainment industry and the way it might affect the dear old Doctor. But it might happen. Though it probably won't. And I didn't say I wanted it to. But it could. And if it didn't, who knows, the alternatives could be a lot worse.

I'd have thought he would die in his 12th incarnation because something had stopped the Doctor from regenerating or maybe I'm just worried the series will end by 2010. Cheating death i think not but i read a book and it said the seventh doctor bumps into jack the ripper and his 13lives were at stake maybe this is true.

The Valeyard was supposed to be a version of the Doctor between his twelfth and thirteen incarnations. He would probably try to prevent the Doctor from having 13 lives.

Ha The Valeyard knew it was The Valeyard lol. You're Right. Have you listened to He Jests At Scars... It's Doctor Who unbound. Michael Jayston is The Valeyard innit. It's like what if the valeyard would have won.

I have an idea on who would play the next three doctors : Jim Broadbent or Eddie Izzard as the 11th doctor, michael jayston as the 12th doctor and Simon pegg as the 13th doctor.
