This is a one page comic published in Titans’ The Tenth Doctor Comic issue #3.
This featured a soothsayer from the Sisterhood in Pompeii and a Sensorite.
There is also a cameo from the Tenth Doctor on Thoros Beta.
Personally I would have like the soothsayer to be the one that was depicted by Karen Gillan in The Fires of Pompeii but the soothsayer presented here made for a fun interaction with a Sensorite in which both are call centre operators!
