Earthshock for me too. Kinda would come a close second and I'm very fond of Black Orchid too.

'Castrovalva' gets my vote, an interesting introduction for Peter Davison's Doctor I felt. 'Earthshock' and 'Black Orchid' were good as well.

I had a tough choice between earthshock and the visitation. I thought the visitation was just a little better.
