Second story of season 3. 811th and 812th Whoniverse episodes and 242nd Whoniverse story. As a result of the trailer at the end of the previous episode Prisoner of the Judoon Part 2, I already knew that the Mad Woman in the title referred to old Rani in the future. Rani in the present feels very neglected from the others especially when they got their latest correspondence from Maria and Anjli Mohindra as Rani plays this out very well. The music is very haunting including when Rani was talking with Eve. The cliffhanger to Part 1 was eerie. Part 2 dips slightly in quality but still a very good conclusion. Very surprised who is shown in Part 2. The ending correctly rectifies how this story began.

The future that was presented here took place in 2059, the same year the Doctor encountered The Waters of Mars.

When Sam said that Luke was like Frankenstein, Luke makes the distinction between Frankenstein the scientist and the monster.
It is good that SJA informed its audience most particular the children's audience about this distinction between creator and monster. In contrast, the Disney shows in particular did not bother to inform its children's audience of this distinction because whenever I see the monster depicted or mentioned in their shows it is always Frankenstein being the name of the monster.
