Watching 'The Time Monster' is like sitting on a bet of spikes whilst mechanical saws slowly hack away at you whilst drill pertrube themselves into your skull, WITHOUT anaesthetic!

I wouldn't have put it quite like that, but Time Monster is definitely a stinker. I didn't mind the Atlantis episodes, but the dialogue in the TOMTIT scenes always makes me cringe.

I like the Atlantis scenes- I have to go for the Mutants.

People always quote The Time Monster as one of the worst but I love it! The Master and The Doctor's TARDIS inside each other, a quirk reused in Logopolis and the Master's console being virtually the same as the Doctor's! Great stuff and Atlantis wasn't bad too, especially Ingrid Pitt! JB
