Has anyone else read The Sontaran Games? Is it just me or is this the worst Dr Who book ever? Big claim I know but does any of it make the slightest bit of sense?

And Sick Building. At least there was some nice description in the first few chapters of that one. The ending was rubbish, though. Sontaran Games is just rubbish all the way through.
Am I talking to myself, here? I think I am.
Yes.

As the Sontaran Games is only a quick reads book I hardly think it is meant to be a great novel, who wrote it again? I haven't come across it yet, so I can't really add to the discussion, feel free to continue talking amongst yourself Sidrat.

Thanks, I will. Three months later and I still don't get the point of it. Quick Read or not, surely the basics should make sense? There's a scene where six people hold a rope taught across the width of an athletics stadium (three people in the stands on each side of the arena) while another six people make a human pyramid on top of the rope. Is that even possible? And that's not the worst thing about it but I can't go into those without spoiling it (hah!) for anyone else who might want to read it.
