Keeping in mind that the Reference Guide is not a webguide, is there any websites I should add to Links section? Or remove?
I need a list of the essential site in the Doctor Who world.

Well if you want a replacement site for Outpost Gallifrey, then I recommend www.drwho-online.co.uk/, there is also a Torchwood equivelent but it has not been updated all that regularly as yet. appart from the BBC DW site and the wikipedia entries, the reference Guide and DW Online are really the only Doctor Who websites I visit. If you want a torchwood link, www.torchwood.tv (which is set out like a blog) seems very up to date in giving all relevant info.

Also, on a minor note, with the companion wikipedia links, I was wondering what defined a companion to be a link on the side, some of them are obvious, but I mean for the 10th Doctor in Particular, would you not add Sarah-Jane to his list of companions? If you are going by those that have travelled in the Tardis, then should not Jackie be included? I know I'm getting a bit ahead of myself but also Donna and Martha will need to be added eventually!

Donna and Martha will appear on the side eventually. They may have been casted as companions, but I'll wait until we actually see them on the show. Sarah Jane? No. If I add each companion that make a return in either on TV, books or audio they'll be too many. If Sarah has been brought back into teh TARDIS, she'll be a new companions. Jackie? Probably not. Other people have travelled in the TRADIS without being a companion. The more recently was The Satan Pit... Dom

As I said, I am getting a bit ahead of myself with Donna and Martha.
I concede your points for the other examples.

No offence JLD but that rankings site is useless. Would any real Whovian site have Doomsday as the greatest story ever. Mostly just for people who have never seen the old series.

Don't worry Davisonera, you won't find it on the links recommended by the Reference Guide.... While I am not against reviews, rating or ranking, I don't think you can get totally objective ones and it why I haven't linked to any such sites before. But in thgis category, the Doctor Who Rating Guide is teh one to go with. Dom
