Definitely much better than Weapon of Choice as Leela and K9 Mark 1 goes undercover at a summit.
However from the middle it becomes very confusing until it gets explained towards the end.
This was basically a breather as it seems that the next chapter is about the consequences arising from the events of Weapon of Choice.
