Episode 1: Sil and the Devil Seeds of Arodor is a Doctor Who spinoff video drama from Reeltime Pictures. Released in 2019 and written by Philip Martin. Martin brings back Sil the character he created and wrote in two Colin Baker stories with the character being reprised by Nabil Shaban. I thought this was going to be in a movie format so I was surprised to find instead in an episodic format of four episodes. As well as Shaban the first episode featured two other people who were guest stars in Doctor Who with Janet Henfrey (The Curse of Fenric/Mummy On The Orient Express) and Sakuntala Ramanee (Survival). Sil is in a detention cell on the moon awaiting trial for crimes against Earth in which he is certain to receive a death sentence. Sil's only option is to escape and bribes his two guards to help with this escape. Pretty good start to the story and it ends with a shock, well certainly a shock for Sil.

Episode 2: Sil's attempted escape got foiled when the guards refused to accept his bribe. He is therefore back on trial and harrowing when Larnier produced her own son as a witness against Sil as he is a victim of the said Devil Seeds distributed by Sil. However that wasn't the worse for Sil as this episode ends with the entrance of Mistress Na played by Ace actress Sophie Aldred.
Sil previously met Mistress Na in the Big Finish story Antidote to Oblivion also written by Philip Martin but she was played there by Mandy Weston.
Episode 2 also saw the entrance in the story by Lord Kiv and what a surprise how Christopher Ryan reprised him.

Episode 3: Having briefly appeared at the end of the previous episode, Sophie Aldred makes her full appearance as Mistress Na. Here Aldred is reunited with two cast members that she had worked with when she was playing Ace in Doctor Who that of Janet Henfrey (Curse of Fenric) and Sakuntala Ramanee (Survival). Enthralling account that Na gave of Sil at the hearing which did not give a good light to him. Worse to come for Sil when he was selected first for the truth serum. Later Lord Kiv gave Sil some slime that would counter the effects of the truth serum. Baffled that the episode's last moments was spent on Sil's ramblings.

Episode 4: Conclusion. Interesting conclusion to this with Sil announcing his intentions for the Eurozone presidency only to get out of his present legal troubles. Interesting the verdict of the hearing.
