Whilst I am sure it is subject to change, writters have been paired up for all episodes of season 3.
The Runaway Bride Written by Russell T. Davies Smith and Jones Written by Russell T. Davies Episode 2 Written by Gareth Roberts Episode 3 Written by Russell T. Davies Episode 4 / Episode 5 Written by Helen Raynor Episode 6 Written by Stephen Greenhorn Episode 7 Written by Chris Chibnall Episode 8 / Episode 9 Written by Paul Cornell Episode 10 Written by Steven Moffat Episode 11 Written by Russell T. Davies Episode 12 / Episode 13 Written by Russell T. Davies
Gareth Roberts will have his first full episode (he previously did Attack of the Graske). Roberts' episode will feature shakespeare.
Helen Raynor is writting one of the two-parters (she has also written episode 3 of Torchwood)
Stephen Greenhorn is a new writter for DW it seems.
Chris Chibnall who has written 4 episodes for Torchwood is having a go at DW
Paul Cornell (who previously wrote 'Father's Day') is getting another episode!
Stephen Moffat! A fantastic writter! This episode is rumoured to be the "minimal appearance of The Doctor and Companion" episode and is also rumoured to be the return of Captain Jack.

I cannot believe they are getting another minimal amount of dr and companion episode and getting the best writer to write it.

Well hopefully it'll be better than what we got last time.
