The Curse of Fenric for me. The first story for a very long time that I was proud to show to non Doctor Who fans.

Curse of Fenric. Best of a great bunch. Can't watch the episode three cliffhanger without chills going down the spine. " We play the contest again Time Lord"
Brilliant!

Ghost Light is good but not perhaps the best choice if you were trying to introduce someone to Doctor Who for the first time.

As I only have TCOF and GL (from the above list), it's got to be 'The Curse Of Fenric' for me. The 1st 7th Doctor story I saw.

Between the two you have, its no contest is it Ah, not a fan of GL then eh? I found it ok (i've only got 3 7th Doctor stories (Rememberance of the Daleks, The Curse Of Fenric and Ghost light), i'd probably rate them: 3- GL 2- ROTD 1- TCOF

I really liked Ghost-Light, but I couldnt pass up the Doctor as Merlin. None of the stories were weak, and Doctor Who ended on a strong season
