A difficult one as much like The Key to Time season, the stories aren't very good. But in this case I have to agree with you.

I agree, but there were elements of The Mysterious Planet I liked too. In the end I felt Terror of the Vervoids was more substantial.

I enjoyed Ultimate Foe, especially with all the twists in the story.
