I'm listening to the Big Finish Companion Chronicles featuring the first Doctor's companions. I disagree with the placement of some of them:
First, a judgement call: You have Here There Be Monsters just before Farewell Great Macedon. A major theme of Here There Be Monsters is Susan maturing and coming to believe that she's ready to leave the Doctor and make her own life (it's clearly a prelude to her leaving in The Dalek Invasion of Earth.) But in Farewell Great Macedon she acts extremely childishly - screaming, panicking, jumping to ridiculous conclusions. (Which makes sense as it was originally written for the first season, where Susan was characterized as a child.) I think it makes a lot more sense to have Here There Be Monsters after Farewell Great Macedon and The Fragile Yellow Arc of Fragrance. I would put it just before The Dalek Invasion of Earth, or maybe just before Planet of Giants to give a bit more space between the one where Susan starts thinking of leaving and the one where she actually leaves. (It's been a while since I watched Planet of Giants, so I don't really remember how she was characterized there.)
Second, a clear factual contradiction: in The Suffering, someone asks Steven when the last time he ate was, and he mutters, "1066". That shows that it takes place immediately after The Time Meddler, which was set in 1066, and not after Frostfire as you have it.

Here There Be Monsters: BF's official placement for this story is indeed between Reign of Terror and Planet of Giants. In contrast, the two Lost Stories do NOT have an official placement. Personally, I'm more inclined to place both of them after The Keys of Marinus.
The Suffering: I agree... for the main story. The framing story, on the other hand, ends with Vicki giving Steven the haircut from the start of Galaxy 4, which might have confused the issue. Therefore: The Time Meddler, The Suffering (Main Story), everything else in the gap, The Suffering (Frame Story), Galaxy 4.
