Rowan Atkinson. At least he looks like a Doctor that could have come after Paul McGann.

Eccleston was my first Doctor. Much as I like Rowan Atkinson, I can't picture anyone else as 9. BTW, since when does an incoming Doctor have to resemble the previous one?
