This chapter is the fourth instalment in season 2 of Gallifrey released in July 2005.
I admit that I have not been a great fan of the Gallifrey series but this is the least impressive chapter that I have heard so far. It just does not feel exciting.
However there a couple of highlights including what happens to Andred here and the challenge that President Romana is about to face.
