1. I found the parody quite funny. I do now think that we should use disintigration on Big Brother. Either people stop going on it and the show dies, or we do away with a portion of the irritating population. Either way I win. 2. Its a conceit for the show. Which I'm happy for. IMO it made for a clever climax to the series and the episode. As for 9 hours worth of Dr Who. You are absolutely right. These single episode stories have not been as good as the effective "feature length" ones we used to have. I'd rather we went to the US style 22-24 episode season and have 2-3 part stories again. The writing and room to storytell would probably improve.

Sigh There always has to be ONE to go and take everything too seriously! Sorry, but if I don't make quota I'll lose my curmudgeon card! For what it's worth, I *loved* Empty Child/Doctor Dances, and I would put both that story and "Father's Day" in the top-ten stories ever, pretty impressive for one season out of 27..... Bill PS. But my favorite Ninth Doctor story...."What I Did On My Christmas Vacation, by Sally Sparrow" ;D .... if you haven't read the Annual, it's worth it for this story alone! Annuals sure have come a long way!

Someone please explain to me what they see in Silver Nemesis. A bunch of Cybermen, Neo-Nazis, Historical People and the Doctor running around and chasing a statue.

Errm, isn't that two words? I believe he was saying 'word' as a term of agreement. Unless of course you already knew that and were joking or indeed it is as you thought it in which case I apologise. ;D

I don't usually do this, but you said "where" instead of the more grammatically correct "were" in this senctence:
"Unless of course you already knew that and where joking or indeed it is as you thought it in which case I apologise."

Yes, "Word" is a silly slang thing for agreeing with someone.

To johnlumicdavros: With you're obviously superior knowledge of grammar you should be an english teacher.
