- According to Outpost Gallifrey, which in turn got their information from amazon.co.uk, the Tenth Doctor novel 'The Last Museum' which was originally being released as one of the three in September is being replaced by 'The Price of Paradise'.
I can only assume that 'The Last Museum' will be released in the first half of the 3rd season novel releases.
- Although I realise the first three 10th Doc Novels were released simultaneously, I am trying to figure out which order they should be in. Production-wise, the appear to be in the order of 'The Feast of the Drowned', 'The Stone Rose' and 'The Resurrection Casket', however TFotD has the Gallifreyan numeral 8, not 7... Is someone able to confirm I'm not trying to confuse myself please?...

I personally don't read the Tenth Doctor Novels. Anyway I prefer to read the Past Doctor Adventures.

I don't recall there being anything in the books to indecate in which order or where abouts in the series they fall (except Stone Rose and Feast of the Drowned which must fall before Rise of the Cybermen).
The Reference site has them set right after New Earth and in the order of The Ressurection Casket, Feast of the Drowned and then Stone Rose.

So according to www.drwho-online.co.uk and www.amazon.co.uk the first 3 novels and 'quick-read' book which will coincide with series three have been named! Sting of the Zygons (By Stephen Cole) [glow=red,2,300]Available April 2007[/glow] It will be interesting to see how this book will tie into the Zygons of the classic series. Wooden Heart (by Martin Day) [glow=red,2,300]Available April 2007[/glow] The Last Dodo ( By Jacqueline Rayner) [glow=red,2,300]Available April 2007[/glow] It appears this story will be a re-write of the novel 'The Last Museum' which for un-known reasons was abandoned and was not included in the second set of three 10th Doc Novels in 2006. Made of Steel (The Quick Reads Book - By Terrance Dicks) [glow=red,2,300]Available March 2007[/glow] Cybermen!... but of the classic series or the Alternate Earth variety? I have found the 'blurbs' but I don't want to totally ruin it for you.

I'm willing to bet that it might be the Alternate Earth ones, but seeing as Terrance Dicks is writing it... Oh I don't know! I hope it's classic and not new anyhow.

A Picture (which you can see here: www.timelash.com/tardis/display.asp?1516) pretty much confirms that ' Made of Steel' will involve the 'Alternate Earth' Cybermen. Whilst the first 3 books to coincide with series 3 are still a long way away, according to the following site: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tenth_Doctor_Adventures (scroll down a bit) the 2nd lot of 3 books have apparently been listed. It looks promising, however I was confused because from the way it is written it seems to be suggesting that 2 of those novels will be like '2-parter episodes' in that the one story will be split in two. Very odd. If you don't understand what I am on about, go to the website for yourself! The Wikipedia site also suggests that R.T.D. himself is the author of one of the books. Still a long way away so we will have to wait and see!

It now appears that the 'proper' second bunch of 3 novels along-side series 3 have been announced, according to Outpost Gallifrey. WetworldForever autumnWicked Bungalow (Working Title)

The covers for the newest 3 books are rather impressive IMO. As they go along the covers are getting better and better.
