Sleepwalker: Season 6 opener. The said sleepwalker is a young American woman visiting her father in London. Whilst she is sleepwalking she is something in a dream in which a man gets murder. It certainly became intriguing at its denouement and how it involved the maid to the American woman and her father, someone who has expressed her contempt for them especially certain parts of what she said in conversations that seems insignificant upon first hearing it but unexpectedly played its part at its climax, one I certainly didn't see coming. It certainly pulled the rug out of me,
The American woman is played by Darleen Carr and coincidentally at the same time I was seeing this I saw her in her first of many appearances in The Streets of San Francisco in 1.22 Beyond Vengeance in which she played the daughter of main character Mike Stone.

The Next Victim: Season 6, Episode 2. A strangler is killing women and at the centre of this mystery is a woman confined to a wheelchair. Perhaps this woman was meant as the female version of the protagonist in Rear Window who is also in a wheelchair. The cops in this episode aren't very effective in moving anything along and while the episode is overall suspenseful the conclusion of it is very unsatisfying and very confusing.

Nightmare for a Nightingale: Season 6, Episode 3. Starring Susan Flannery. Flannery is well-known for playing Forrester family matriarch Stephanie Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful a character she played at its debut in 1987. In fact since first playing Stephanie in The Bold and the Beautiful she has only played one other character in a couple of episodes of Hope & Faith in 2004. In fact seeing Flannery here in this Thriller episode unavoidably made me think of her The Bold and the Beautiful co-star Barbara Crampton as I am in love with her. In this Thriller episode Flannery plays an opera singer but Flannery does not do the singing.as the singing was instead provided by Teresa Cahill. The said opera singer Anna Cartell suddenly finds that her husband who she thought was dead is not dead after all. However in the heat of the moment she accidentally kills him but his body disappeared and not by her. Intriguing how it all played out in this mystery including how her manager plays his part with him not happy about a certain seperate development from her. Appearing briefly in the teaser is Stephen Greif who sadly died on December 23 2022, I think over a year before I saw this episode.
In Memory of Stephen Greif (1944-2022)
