No faults? Checking... A rushed ending... Hmm... Oh... Hardly any...
Well there are very little to tell you the truth, that's what I think anyway. What about everyone else?

3/5 for me too. I'm not interested in the period or in Dickens but I'm intrigued by the fact that once more someone has to die to save the day because the Doctor can't do everything on his own and by the references to the Bad Wolf and to the Time War.

Very good episode. Nice to see the Doctor and Rose in the past. I can't find any fault with it, except it may have been better as a two parter. We could have learned more about the aliens, and there could have been more scenes of the "zombies" terrorizing the city. But, it still worked as one episode, and its tidier that way.

I don't think a single Doctor Who story is ever tidy.

I just meant it is better organized to tell a complete story in one episode, rather than drag it out to two, if you can help it. Still, this episode easily would have worked as a two parter. In any case, its very good.

In my opinion: no one parters please.
Though this might just be the exception.
Trivia: In the past, some 25 episode stories were actually 2 episodes in length, equating to approximately 1 45 minute episode, it's just that not all of them worked.

I rated it a three. I liked the zombie look, but the ending did seem rushed. I mean - they were in the locked cage in the basement and then the gas came on and then they ran and then boom. There should have been more depth with the aliens.
