Saw the movie A Street Cat Named Bob and it included the said cat Bob wearing a scarf. This led to Betty (Ruta Gedmintas) to call him Doctor Who's twin!

Beforeigners is a Norwegian TV series and the season 2 finale which originally aired on January 2 2022 has as its first shot that of the TARDIS in a fishtank!
This seems to reflect on the plotline about time travel and how it involves fish in it.

Rick and Morty 6.3 Bethic Twinstinct had a conversation between Beth and Space Beth in which the latter says that she sleeps in her car as it got a TARDIS thing going on as it is bigger on the inside!

Started new series The Midnight Club and I was surprised in seeing the first episode The Final Chapter when a Doctor Who pinball machine turned up. Later on in this same episode Anya (Ruth Codd) says to Kevin (Chris Sumpter): "Half your stories are just old episodes of Doctor Who." Provide context to the said Doctor Who references, The Midnight Club, an American series, is set in 1994.

I have been watching the anime series Fairy Tail and in 6.17 100 Against 1 it has someone saying something looks bigger on the inside!
A reference to the TARDIS perhaps.

Saw the movie Gideon's Day (aka Gideon of Scotland Yard) when a Police Box turned up. This was released in 1958 and it is a movie that showed a police box before Doctor Who and the TARDIS came along in 1963. Saw Gideon's Day on Youtube where that Police Box turns up at 32.51: www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQQ4eH0_2F0

Saw Gideon's Way 1.3 The Firebug when a Police Box turned up at 45.07: www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7tiL2eyrfc The Firebug came on November 28 1964 which was on the same evening of the second episode of The Dalek Invasion of Earth, The Daleks. However somewhat ironically the TARDIS was nowhere to be seen in The Daleks especially since Doctor Who and Gideon's Way were each on rival networks - Doctor Who on the BBC and Gideon's Way on ITV. Perhaps Doctor Who had lent its Police Box to Gideon's Way on that very night! Incidentally in Gideon's Way, Malcolm Gideon, the younger son of the title character was played by Giles Watling, Debbie's younger brother.

TV WEEK (Australia) of May 20-26 2023 has a piece on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
Entitled “One Last Ride” it has an interview with the main cast including my wife Karen as she talks about returning as Nebula here.
For my wife Karen it was not easy to bring Nebula’s arc to an end with this being the final in the trilogy of Guardian of the Galaxy movies.
My wife Karen: “I was in denial.” [TV WEEK states my wife Karen joking of saying goodbye.] “I’ve been with Nebula for nearly a decade and it’s extraordinary to show different sides of her. It’s been a fascinating exploration.”
At this point the piece mentions Doctor Who: "The Scottish actress experienced cult fandom before any of the others [her Guardians of the Galaxy co-stars] thanks to her breakout role in UK sci-fi favourite Doctor Who. She says youth [TV WEEK: “she won the role when she was 21”.] played a part in her “blind optimism”.
My wife Karen: “I was young and naive, so I thought lots of things came with that level of fandom, but I was more intimated to join the Marvel universe; it was more removed from where I am from.”
My wife Karen says she could keep playing Nebula forever and says this about her Guardians of the Galaxy co-stars which concludes the piece: “We’ve been through so much. None of us, apart from Zoe [Saldana who plays Gamora], had much of a film career, so were all catapulted together. When you go through changes like that, it bonds you forever.”

Started Queen of Oz starring Catherine Tate as the titular queen and she also co-developed the series.
Also featuring Niky Wardley.
Queen of Oz premiered on June 16 2023 and with Tate due to be back as Donna in the 60th anniversary specials in November 2023, Tate managed to have a Doctor Who reference in the first episode There's a New Queen in Town.
This came when Matthew (William McKenna) the personal assistant of the said queen who had just arrived in Australia explaining to her the time difference between England and Australia.
This led to the queen to call Matthew a Time Lord although she inserted a certain expletive ahead of saying Time Lord.
TV WEEK (Australia) of July 1-7 2023 has a piece on Queen of Oz which described Tate for being "famous for her sketch-comedy gem The Catherine Tate Show and for a recurring role in sci fi icon Dr Who."
