Just a little about what bclark said about a reference to captain jacks survival, after the doctors regeneration when he was with rose in the tardis and before he lands in front of jackie n mickey, he convinces rose he really is the doctor then when the regeneration starts to go wrong rose says to go back and get help from cpt jack but the doctor says hes busy rebuilding the earth,so i gather from tht he knows jacks alive........but how? ? Probably because when Rose was channeling the time vortex, she had said, "I bring life." or something like that. The Doctor probably new what she was doing and figured if Captain Jack had died he would be alive now.

He's probably pulling our legs for all we know.

But he mentioned it in another post too! Then again, you're probably right. After the movie, I'd rather the master didn't get back again.

I of course would rather see his return. The Master's too interesting a character to drop.

Quite. Like, with the 3rd Doctor, the Master teams up with the Autons (what funny-looking things they were too) and after his plan fails, he becomes stuck on Earth because the Doctor has his ship part, and vice-versa.

I of course would rather see his return. The Master's too interesting a character to drop. I agree. But I don't want him to be the only other Time Lord who survived. That is if we can still call him a Time Lord. After all, he's been taking over human bodies for quite some time.

So he could return in a human form?

We really didn't need the daleks again, but hey, if they wrap them up for a bit after this then fine. They paid to get the Daleks for three years so this might be the last we see of them for a while.

What? Couldn't they just buy them for good? It's like renting a flat!

The doctor's next regeneration. David Tennant is getting the jitters about typecasting.

Well, we can be certain he's going to last this series, but at the end of it? I dont think this is a good way to run the show, we can be pretty certain that either A) We lose a companion or B) The Doctor regenerates, at the end of each season.
