|  | The Doctor and Klein Timeplacement

I can't wait for the Big Finish stories featuring The Doctor and Klein to come out, but where should they go. It's a complicated timeplace.
If the Doctor has no current assistant when he meets Klein then he must be travelling alone. But the picture of A Thousand Tiny Wings shows the Doctor in a younger form from the later stories.
I feel it should go somewhere after Cat's Cradle: Time's Crucible where the Doctor leaves Ace for some time.
