1) Revelation of the Daleks 2) The Two Doctors 3) Attack of the Cybermen 4) Trial of a Timelord (technically all one story but if I had to choose a certain section then it'd be 'Terror of the Vervoids')

Elaboration on your choices please.
Best:
2 Doctors Revelation Attack Varos
Worst:
Vervoids definitely Rani One with Darrow in it Twin Dilemma except for console room scenes
Solution, keep Colin, but thank JNT for his faithful service and fire politely. Too late now I guess.

I know how to undo that, invent your own TARDIS. Easier said than done though. If I had invented my own time-machine 'Shada' would've been completed, the missing episodes wouldn't be missing and the series would have been going on from 1963- 1999, and Colin Baker would've been in the role for at least 10 years. But enough of my ranting, I agree, 'The Twin Dilemma' is certainly the worst Colin Baker story, I'm just not too sure on 'The Two Doctors' being the best Colin Baker story though...

I think it's really good; it's got some really good ideas and some genuinely gruesome moments (namely Jamie stabbing the Sontaren in the leg with his knife) and it's a joy to see Patrick Troughton back as the Doctor again.

Its a good fun story which is what does it for me. I like my darker side but this puts that to the side and actually is rather enjoyable. Plus, you get to see the 2nd Doctor, and their interreaction/relationship is perfectly done.

The Two Doctors was my first ever multi-doctor story, and he played well in that role.
